I-BRANDS offers trade mark watch services to track (word marks only) and inform you of possibly conflicting trade mark applications which may arise. If registered, these may erode the distinctiveness of the mark you have acquired. In this way, the watch service offers competitive intelligence and risk management advantages that allow your business to stay up to date with market development and threats.
Our watch services report newly published trade marks that may conflict with your trade mark, enabling you to take action quickly against any infringing marks. Depending on the home country of the infringing mark, you may only have a couple of months in which to start opposition proceedings or request an extension. Therefore, it is imperative that you become aware of the existence of these marks as soon as possible.
Watches are conducted continuously and are charged quarterly* to your mastercard or visa card – without the need to worry about receiving bills.
*An annual set-up fee is separately charged
